Turning
Point Mediation Practice (TPMP) is a broker for Independent
Certified Mediators allowing us to provide a mediator that has
the right skills and background to resolve your specific issue.
We take the guesswork out of selecting a mediator for you.
TPMP
mission is to promote dispute resolution outside of the
legal system through mediation, group facilitation, negotiation,
and interest based bargaining. Our goal is to encourage
institutions to take a proactive approach to conflict by
contracting with a third party entity before a conflict arises.
TPMP is
conveniently located in the Western Insurance Building in the
Woodhaven area, near the intersection of I-820 and I-30, four
miles east of downtown Fort Worth, two miles from Arlington, and
fifteen miles from Dallas, centrally located to serve the
Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding cities.
Letitia
Brown, founder and Chief Executive Officer of TPMP, has a
master’s degree in Human Service, Conflict Resolution, an Advanced
Certification in Mediation, ten years experience with city
municipalities, housing and community development agencies,
Housing Finance Corporations, contract compliance, resolving
conflicts between the city and community, and registered with the
State Bar of Texas, Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.

Associate
Tracy Watson, Principal of the Austin office, has over 25 years
experience in complex public negotiations, problem solving and
dispute resolution, extensive expertise in public policy,
municipal regulation, land development, urban planning, real
estate and neighborhood issues. He has expert knowledge in
setting up dispute resolution systems.

Felecia P. White, Principal of the Arlington/Ft. Worth office, has
over 20 years of extensive experience in consulting, training,
conflict and dispute resolution, public speaking, and
organizational management and development. She has expert
knowledge in General/Basic Mediation, Court-Appointed and Civil
Mediation, and Advanced Business Mediation. |
